At Koreo Farm, we pride ourselves on raising our sheep in the traditions of our heritage, resulting in a meat that stands out for it's perfect marbling and superior flavor.

The picture on the left is the breakdown of a lamb. This is what it looks like when it is about to go in the box. A few numbers: hanging weight was 78#, the in the box/finished meat weight is 50# and is comprised of a mix of two boneless legs, bone-in neck, rib and loin chops, two pairs of shanks and the remainder in grinds (about 20#). This particular lamb was sold for four dollars a pound hanging weight, that translated to $312 for the lamb. Additionally, the customer paid $75 to the plant for processing. Translation, about $7.80/# in your freezer.
